The Owners Take Your Call — and Pour Your Concrete
When you hire SWCI, you deal with Greg and Ralph from the first phone call to the final power wash. We price the work ourselves, we are on site with our crew, and we do not consider a job finished until you are happy with it. That is how we have worked since 2011, and it is why most of our jobs come from referrals.
Behind the finish is the part you will never see — and it is where we are fussiest. We establish grades so water drains away from your home, excavate and compact a proper base, and put steel reinforcement in every single pour. Concrete built this way should easily last 20-plus years, and our workmanship is guaranteed.
We are fully licensed, insured and covered by WSIB. Our crew shows up clean-cut, keeps the site tidy, and most projects are finished within a week of the first shovel going in.
From First Call to Finished Pour
1. Talk to an owner. Call Greg or Ralph, walk us through your project, and get a straight answer on price and timing.
2. Site prep done properly. Grading, excavation, compacted base and steel reinforcement on every job. No shortcuts under your concrete.
3. Pour and finish. Brushed, stamped, exposed aggregate or trowelled — poured to your specifications.
4. The day-after detail. We come back to strip forms, saw-cut control joints and power wash everything clean before we call it done.
Proudly Serving Strathroy, Sarnia and Surrounding Communities
We are based in Watford and work throughout Strathroy, Wyoming, Forest, Glencoe, Mt. Brydges, Grand Bend, the Sarnia area and everywhere in between. A lot of our favourite projects are on rural properties — long country driveways and big backyard patios with room to do something special.
You will also find us around town when the trucks are parked: SWCI sponsors Watford Cornfest and the John Knox Christian School and Strathroy Community Christian School golf tournaments.
